I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason I see fit.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE MAY YOU USE MY ARTWORK FOR NFT/CRYPTO/AI GENERATION.I have the right to post your commission wherever I please, unless a private commission is requested.Prices may be subject to change depending on a character's complexity.I will not draw mecha, hateful or political art, NSFW*, or ship art of- or including real people.

Payment is required upfront.If a refund is requested, I will refund you up to the portion I've finished. This means that if I've made it to the inking phase, you will get a partial refund up to the inking phase.I have the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund for whichever reason I see fit, which will be expanded upon in the event of a cancellation.*REVISIONS
Small revisions in the sketching phase are free of charge.You will get 1 medium revision in the sketching phase free of charge, after which you may be subject to additional fees.*DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
In the event of a hard deadline, please ensure you let me know at least two weeks in advance.Commissions are typically done in chronological order. If there is a waitlist, your commission may take some time.Final product will be delivered via E-mail, Google drive link, or Discord attachment.*USE
Your commission may not be used for commercial purposes without prior discussion.Use of commission for commercial purposes will come with an additional fee, starting at $100.If you choose to post your commission elsewhere, make sure to visibly credit me as the artist. If you are unsure which handle to tag on the appropriate platform, feel free to ask or check linked accounts.*INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I retain all rights to the artwork itself. You may not claim it as your own.You as the client retain all rights--preestablished game/show/movie characters excluded--to the character(s) and concept of your commission.Under no circumstances may you use the art piece for commercial purposes unless previously agreed upon.*REFUNDS
A refund may be issued when:
Commission has not made it past the sketching phase.
